The project aim was to build upon an existing Structure Plan to provide the necessary implementation framework to create a high amenity mixed use and residential precinct adjacent to a suburban railway line.
TPG commenced this process by engaging key stakeholders as a part of a ‘re- visioning’ exercise, to validate and update the plan to address circumstances that emerged since the structure plan was prepared.
We gained Local and State government approvals for the revised plan and prepared detailed design guidelines and Detailed Area Plans that prescribed architectural design, height, setbacks and facilitated place making outcomes.
Civil works have now commenced to deliver Stage 1 of the project.
