TPG prepared an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the relocation of an existing concrete batching plant within the Seven Hills Industrial Area to a larger and more appropriately located site.

The plant was designed to incorporate more modern technology. Noise, traffic and air quality were the main areas of investigation, together with a comprehensive visual assessment.
