TPG was involved in the preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects for the demolition of an existing industrial warehouse owned by Australia Post located in Rydalmere.

The SEE included an assessment of the provisions of the Sydney Regional Environmental Plan 28 as the site was located within the Rydalmere Precinct.  Consultation with heritage specialists was also undertaken as part of the preparation of the DA.
