TPG is currently involved in the preparation of a number of Development Applications and Statements of Environmental Effects in relation to various residential and open space developments as part of the establishment of the new Renwick Village, Mittagong.

When completed, the Renwick Village site will allow for the development of up to 600 dwellings.
