Masterplan for the Exeter Quarrylands

This project involved the preparation of a Masterplan for land within the Exeter Quarry site. The project included considerations of the current planning instruments for Wingecarribee Shire Council with the change of use from an existing and approved futurequarry use (industrial) to a rural residential use.

The project included the formation of several options which were discussed in consultation undertaken with both the Council and the local community.
