The Planning Group has prepared a Master Plan for the development of a rural residential subdivision (approximately 500 lots) along the shore of Lake Wyangan, north of Griffith NSW . The Master Plan is part of a review of Griffith Council's Growth Strategy 2030 which is the current document providing for the future expansion of Griffith and the surrounding locality.
The project has included a workshop with stakeholders to discuss alternative concepts and presentations to Griffith City Council. The rural residential development includes lot sizes from 2000sqm to 3500sqm and a network of linear open spaces and parks which improve water quality through Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) techniques. |
