This project involved the preparation of an EIS and additional Visual Impact Assessment for a proposed Concrete Batching Plant within the Kirrawee Industrial Area of Sutherland. The main environmental impacts investigated in relation to this proposal were those relating to noise, dust and visual impacts.

The plant was approved by the NSW Land and Environment Court.
