The Hornsby Commercial Centres Masterplan involved the preparation of masterplans and development controls for three town centres in Hornsby Shire - Berowra, Pennant Hills and Carlingford.
The Study included a focus on the development of shop-top housing; negotiating with property owners and Council for development opportunities and consulting stakeholders to invite input to the process.
Masterplans, sections and three-dimensional views were prepared for Council to illustrate massing, FSRs, materials and height relationships between built forms. |
