This project involved the preparation of an SEE as part of a DA involving demolition and site remediation, and the introduction of 12 industrial strata units.

The project also involved a streetscape character analysis study.

The proposed industrial warehouse development will replace the existing Boral Concrete Batching plant which is currently located on the site.
