Doonside Residential and Western Sydney Parklands (Bungarribee Precinct), Environmental Assessment

This project involved urban planning and development contributions advice and the preparation of an Environmental Assessment as part of the Major Project Part 3A Concept Application.

The Concept Plan includes:

(i) A masterplan to guide development of the 300 ha Bungarribee Precinct of the Western Sydney parklands; and

(ii) A detailed residential subdivision for 651 lots, associated open space and a special heritage precinct.

The project was undertaken on behalf of the NSW Department of Planning and Landcom.
