This project involved the preparation of a comprehensive SEE for the proposed redevelopment of the Amcor site in Hurstville.

The proposed development comprises of 7 buildings ranging from 5 to 16 levels and includes residential, commercial and retail uses, basement car parking, landscaping and urban open spaces.

This project includes 620 apartments, 4500 sqm of retail floor space and approximately 5300 sqm of commercial floor space.
