TPG was involved in the preparation of a number of Statements of Environmental Effects in relation to the Greystanes Estate Residential Area, now named Nelson’s Ridge.

Overall, the project provided for the subdivision of approximately 345 residential allotments, a community and child care centre as well as open space reserves.
