Hallidays Point, Taree

This project involved the preparation of a Masterplan for a strategic landholding between Black Head and Red Head villages within the coastal area of Hallidays Point, Taree. The Masterplan for the site included a sensitive water design treatment within an open space corridor and a residential subdivision of some 170 allotments.

The proposal also required extensive consultation with Taree Council, the Coastal Council and local residents.
