Exeter Quarry EMP and LES

This project required the preparation of a draft LES and draft LEP for a proposed subdivision of land currently occupied by Exeter Quarry in the southern highlands.

The project aims to facilitate the subdivision of the land into 25 rural allotments over the 120 ha site. The process has involved consultation with the Exeter Village Association and a community consultation day or “Speak Out".
