This project involved the preparation of town planning evidence in relation to the matter of Metalcorp Recyclers Pty Ltd ("Metalcorp") ATS Environment Protection Authority ("EPA").

The evidence considered the former rezoning and development of the residential area in the vicinity of the subject site, in relation to its proximity to neighbouring industrial zoned land and permitted industrial land uses.
