This COI was established to investigate all environmental aspects of the proposed alterations to and extensions of, the existing Eastern Creek Waste Management Centre by Waste Service, pursuant to Section 119 of the EP& A Act 1979.

TPG prepared evidence to assess and supplement the environmental planning aspects of the proposal as described previously in various EIS documentation.
